Graduate Architect (LAM Part 2) 

​

• Possess minimum qualification of Bachelor of Architecture (equiv. to LAM Part 2)

• Minimum 2 years working experience

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English

• Required skill: microsoft word, excel, vectorworks, sketch up, revit

• Experienced in project management and contract administration

• Willing to commute and visit sites in remote areas (land & sea)

Inspector of Works

​

• Minimum Part 1 or Diploma in Architectural Institutions.

• Registered with LAM

• Minimum 5 years working experience.

• Required skill: Microsoft Work Programme, MS Office, Autocad.

• Able to work independently in architectural details, solving site technical problem, drawing development and project implementation.

• Fluent in spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Malaysian citizen.
