Part II / Project Architect

​

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture equivalent to LAM Part II.

• Minimum 5 years working experience.

• Required skill: Microsoft Work Programme, MS Office, Autocad.

• Able to work independently in architectural details, solving site technical problem, drawing development and project implementation.

• Fluent in spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Fluent in spoken Chinese Mandarin.

Clerk of Works (Arch.) / Inspector of Works 

​

• Diploma/Technical Certificate in Architecture or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years working experience.

• Able to read and write English & Bahasa Malaysia.
